These Terms govern your use of the Forecast My Route weather routing service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides route-aware marine weather summaries delivered via email using a GPX route you supply.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NAVIGATION DISCLAIMER
These forecasts are for information purposes only. You are responsible for your own navigation and safety at sea. This service is not a substitute for official marine weather forecasts, notices to mariners, or prudent seamanship. Always verify conditions with official sources (NOAA, national meteorological services, etc.), maintain a proper watch, and use all available navigation tools. Never rely solely on this forecast for critical navigation decisions. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain and conditions can change rapidly. The operator is responsible for all navigation decisions and vessel safety.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Free plan: 1 forecast per month. Monthly plan: $2.99/month. Annual plan: $24/year. Cancel anytime. Charges are recurring until cancellation. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing upon notice; changes apply to subsequent periods.
- No unlawful, abusive, or disruptive use.
- No automated scraping or excessive load beyond plan limits.
- No sharing of a single subscription across unrelated parties.
All content, code, and branding are owned by Forecast My Route or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forecasts and outputs may be inaccurate or unavailable due to model limitations, outages, or connectivity issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forecast My Route is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses related to navigation decisions, vessel damage, injury, or loss of life. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time through your account.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
