• Content you send: GPX files and notes necessary to generate a forecast.

• Provide and improve the Service (generate forecasts, maintain history).
• Operate subscriptions and billing.
• Detect abuse and ensure reliability.
• Communicate about service updates and support.

Data Retention

We retain forecast history so you can review or resend. Forecasts are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may delete history at any time from your account; deletion may not immediately remove data from backups.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted processors (e.g., payment, email delivery, infrastructure) strictly to operate the Service and only under contractual safeguards.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate for the Service. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep devices updated.

Your Choices

• Access, edit, or delete your account and forecast history.
• Manage email preferences.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the Service if you are under the applicable age of consent.

We may update this policy; we will post the new date above. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
